At The Easy Garland, we carefully pack every order in our warehouse to ensure it arrives safely and ready for your celebration.

We offer standard shipping at the checkout, and we are also working on offering an express option - thank you for your patience 😊

 

Australia-Wide Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is currently the only option available for orders.

Flat-rate shipping is from $11 and the price will increase based on the number of items you order as shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order.

 

International Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is currently the only option available to select countries.

The international shipping fee varies depending on the location and in line with local carriers in that country. The final shipping fee will be available at the checkout before purchase. 

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and vary by country. We are unable to predict or control these fees.

Multiple Items / Heavy Orders

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size of the final order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours. During product launches and busy periods, it may take longer to pack and dispatch your order, we appreciate your patience and support of our brand 😊

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on service provider performance. 

 

Shipping Delays

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives within the advised timeframe. However, there may occasionally be delays outside of our control.

Lost Packages

All orders are the responsibility of the customer once they’ve left our warehouse.

If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will do our best to help you track your order - info@theeasygarland.com.au

 

Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@theeasygarland.com.au before you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses once your package has been shipped.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional fees to redirect or resend the order will be your responsibility.

 

Pickups

We do not currently allow click and collect or physical pickups of our products. If you are desperate, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help 😊
